Are you looking to reproduce high quality artwork for your home or office? Precision Signmakers has a lot of options for you. We use 6 color Photo Quality HP printers and can print with different inks, either a dye based or a UV Pigmented depending on your need and the material chosen.
While many people choose our high quality photo paper available in a gloss or satin finish, there are many other options available depending on the look you wish to achieve and your budget.
Fine Art Paper
We use Arches paper by Magiclee. The Verona papers are available in a smooth or a textured version and are 285 gram papers made from 100% cotton liners and have a traditional matte finish designed for high archival long-term fade resistant reproductions. These bright, white fine art papers are acid-free and lignin-free which results in a high archival quality. These papers are mould-made, cold press watercolor fine art papers specifically designed with a water color coating that is free of optical brighteners. Digital giclee’ with superior color fidelity can be achieved with Verona fine Art Paper. Image permanence is estimated by the manufacturer to be longer than 100 years. It is best to museum mount this image behind glass and use only acid free substrates for mounting.
Artist Giclée Canvas 18 Mil
Universal 18 mil canvas is the standard canvas most people request. This 100% cotton based, artist grade giclée canvas will provide the highest quality when your artwork demands nothing less. Unlike polyblend materials, the all natural construction infuses portrait and fine art reproductions with the unique tint sand hues of an original canvas piece making each giclée a uniquely individual print. The 100% cotton, acid free, fiber free and linen free smooth canvas gives a consistent color. Its matte coating enhances brilliant colors while maintaining the soft look of fine art. This product is perfect for stretch framing.
This product is also very water resistant when printed with our UV Pigmented inks. We have used this for customers requesting a canvas banner for outdoor use.
Canvas 20 Mil High Texture Stretch Canvas
An acid-free matte finish, high textured, artists stretch canvas is designed for long term, fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions. We image this with our UV Pigmented inks to get the maximum life from the print. The 100% cotton canvas has a specially designed coating which delivers superior color gamut and resolution.
True canvas has artifacts and base variations from the weaving process. This may cause white specks in the imaging area. This is known and accepted by artists and producers of art reproductions. The imaging layer of the material is consistent, yielding repeatable image performance but due to being a natural material, white specs may vary from lot to lot. Those wishing a less textured canvas should use the 18 mil universal canvas.
